Follow these simple steps to optimally protect and sustainably assemble your parts.
STEP 1: DEGREASE
Start by thoroughly degreasing the surface. Preferably use Airolube Super Degreaser for this step. Spray the degreaser directly on the parts and let it work for a few minutes. For heavy contamination, use a brush or cloth to effectively loosen dirt and grease. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with water and dry it carefully with a clean cloth.
STEP 2: APPLYING THE ASSEMBLY PASTENTAGE
Make sure the surface is completely dry before proceeding. Then apply Airolube Universal Assembly Paste evenly with a brush or a clean cloth. Ensure that all threaded connections and surfaces under pressure are well covered with a thin layer. The paste ensures smooth assembly and prevents seizing due to corrosion or friction.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE
