How to use Airolube Multi Grease
Follow these simple steps for optimal lubrication of your components:
STEP 1: LOAD THE GREASE CARTRIDGE
Open your grease gun and insert the Airolube Multi Grease cartridge into the barrel. Remove the seal or lid from the cartridge. Reassemble the grease gun and use the bleed valve if necessary to release any trapped air.
STEP 2: PRIME THE GREASE GUN
Pump the handle a few times until grease begins to emerge from the nozzle. The gun is now ready for use. Ensure the nozzle is securely connected to the grease fitting or lubrication point.
STEP 3: APPLY TO THE COMPONENT
Slowly inject grease into the component, such as a bearing or axle. Stop when you feel slight back pressure or see old grease being pushed out. For non-fitting applications, apply directly with a brush or finger.
STEP 4: DISTRIBUTE & FINISH
Move the component (if possible) to distribute the grease evenly. Wipe away any excess to prevent dirt buildup.
