Airogroup BV cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle carefully the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never provide your data for commercial purposes to third parties.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Airogroup BV. The effective date of these conditions is 25/01/2024, and with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what data we collect about you, how we use this data, and under what conditions we may share this data with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, protect it from misuse, and outline your rights regarding the personal data you provide to us.

Below, you can find how we process your data, where we (let) store it, what security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE
Our e-commerce website is developed with ODOO software. Personal data you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. ODOO has access to your data to provide us with technical support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. ODOO is obligated, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. ODOO uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.
EMAIL AND MAILING LISTS
Our website uses ODOO, a third party that handles the email traffic from our website and sends any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via ODOO servers. ODOO will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every automated email sent through our website, you will find the 'unsubscribe' link. Clicking on it will stop you from receiving any further emails from our website. This may seriously impact the functionality of our website! Your personal data is securely stored by ODOO. ODOO uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. ODOO reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and share information with third parties as part of that improvement.
Office365
We use Office365 services for our regular business email correspondence. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
For handling (part of) payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, location details, and payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than allowed by legal terms.
REVIEWS
We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur, which uses this data solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing services, for which we have given WebwinkelKeur permission. All the guarantees mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
PostNL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for carrying out deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and location details with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of performing the agreement. In case PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also provides your data to these parties.
DHL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL for carrying out deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and location details with DHL. DHL uses this data solely for the purpose of performing the agreement. In case DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.
INVOICING AND ACCOUNTING
For our regular administrative and accounting purposes, we use the services of ODOO. We share your name, address, and location details, along with details related to your order, for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is securely sent and stored. ODOO is obliged to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. ODOO does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
GENERAL PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us, and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your permission. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality under the agreement between them and us or a statutory obligation.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
Data automatically collected by our website is processed to further improve our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data. Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations In some cases, Airogroup BV may be required, on the basis of a legal obligation, to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by the government. In such a case, we are obliged to share your data, but we will resist to the extent possible within the legal framework.
RETENTION PERIODS
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider it as a forget request. This also means that we will not keep your data for more than two years from the last contact moment or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for it. According to applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, and we will keep these data for as long as the applicable period lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created based on your assignment.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the current Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below, we explain these rights and how you can invoke them. In principle, to prevent abuse, we only send copies and copies of your data to your already known email address. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the email address known to us.
RIGHT TO LIMITATION OF PROCESSING
You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) processed and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data until you lift the restriction will no longer be processed.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) processed and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. We are likely to no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
RIGHT TO OBJECT AND OTHER RIGHTS
