Order today, delivered tomorrow if the product is in stock. If not in stock, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday as the standard schedule. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

RETURNS
If you wish to terminate or revoke the agreement, are not satisfied with the delivered product, if the product is not functioning, or if the item is damaged, you can return or exchange the item within the 14-day cooling-off period without providing a reason. Before returning anything, we recommend carefully reviewing our general terms and conditions as well as the conditions listed below:
- The items must be returned to us in their original packaging, complete, unused, and undamaged.
- Verification upon receipt of your order: Please inspect the items immediately upon receipt to ensure they are undamaged, complete, and in accordance with the invoice. If this is not the case, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us at info@airogroup.com. Once you start using the items, the delivery is considered accepted, and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please complete the return form below within 14 days or send an email to our customer service at info@airogroup.com. After registering your return shipment, you will receive further instructions via email during our customer service opening hours.
- Please pack the items carefully and securely. Affix the shipping address clearly and prominently on the box.
- Take the package to a post office near you. At the post office, pay for the shipping costs. We kindly ask you to keep the shipping receipt as proof. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@airogroup.com, mentioning "complaint/return shipment" in the subject line.
- Consequences of revocation: If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that moment, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery and/or payment than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement, provided that we have received the goods delivered by us in their original condition. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We will not proceed with the refund until the items have been received in good condition. You must return the items within 14 days, starting from the day you notified us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from the agreement.
- Please visit the return form , fill in all fields, and click on "Submit." Return Address: Airogroup B.V., Industriestraat 7, 9502 EJ Stadskanaal (Netherlands). Return shipments are at your own expense unless the delivery from our end is damaged or incorrect.
- You will be charged for any costs related to depreciation if it can be indisputably proven that they were caused by usage and/or inadequate packaging.
